I checked with them last night, & no joy as far as directly remembering what it was based on. Someone had sent Richard the word "Nostromo" in the font that they had, then he took it into Illustrator & rasterized it, basically. He then scaled it to the correct size, printed it, and used it as a stencil to paint the backs of their jackets. The file(s) he used are currently buried on his hdd somewhere.
