Good read, but there is more info on this forum than in the book. What kind of pics do you need?

There are a few additional weapons - a pansy looking sniper rifle ;) and a couple of other small-arms. There aren't any particularly good images of the Remote Sentry's.

It's a great book though and you should be able to get it for between $25-$50 via a well known auction site or amazon used.

There arent any pics of a minigun like in Aliens VS Predator the game in the book. There is a small pic of the Sentry gun that Lolly mentioned but it is just a hand drawn reference pic no detail. Someone on the board made a great looking minigun if I remeber correctly maybe they will chime in. Jason

Someone tried to make one, but the project tanked horribly and was abandoned in disgrace. Unless someone else tried making one and suceeded. :)

Ummm... On the old board one of us was showing off his room full of goodies including a scratch built Barrett M82 and his Minigun (which his Grandmother was pictured holding).

But for the life of me I can't remember who it was.

VT1010?

There is an entire site about minigun owners and replica minigun owners. I didn't bookmark it, but if you search intuitively on Altavista or Google, I'm sure you can find it.

There's a guy in my area that made a few mini guns. He used model airplane engines, and bike chains for the motor. It ran on an RC car battery, but I think he switched to something different (maybe to last longer or something). He said that whole setup costs about $30.

The new airsoft minigun is made by Piper Precision Products. Paul Piper is a decent guy to deal with through e-mail and willing to listen to bizarre airsoft ideas. :)

I recall the minigun you mean. Yeah, that was pretty decent for a scratch built model.

On Monty's Minigun homebuilt page:

www.angelfire.com/film/vidcaps/truckgun_day.JPG

This is the minigun we are talking about! The member said it could spin while he was driving the car!

I believe he said he made it using a modified drill.
