Great progress with the Last Flight of the Freya 7.
Good to see him back in action!

Trevor seems to have fully recovered now, which is great news, and he came out with some great, and hilarious stories. I had quite a chat with him about post-stroke life, as my Dad suffered a major one three years ago, and Dad is now back to about 75% of his old self :-)

Indeed good to see him in person again.
Hearing his recovery went well and that Andy could
share his Dad's experiance.

Hope everyone is home and well by now.

Glad to hear Trev's doing well! Was disappointed I couldn't make it to this year's Halloween event.

Looking forward to seeing Last Flight too!

Anyone have a phone number for Trevor, or any other way of contacting him? He asked me at the NSC to message him on Facebook the dates for the NEC ComicCon this month. I sent him a message several days ago, but it looks like he hasn't seen it yet.

Trev doesn't post on FB that often, so I wouldn't worry. :)

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but sadly Trev has suffered another stroke, and is currently in critical condition in the ICU :(

Def terrible news. If anyone can bounce back from two, I suspect it is him. We are wishing all the best for him.

Another update from Alison:

Trev was taken off sedation early this morning but as the day has progressed he has started to fit again so the hospital have reassessed and put him back on sedation [...] me and the kids can't thank you enough for all your lovely thoughts we are all hanging on in there Xxx

Hi everyone.
Visited Trevor today with Alison. He's in the Critical Care Unit and is still out after being put into induced coma. He is on machine assisted breathing. It is a more serious stroke than (nearly) two years ago.
The stroke was on the left side this time. It is more serious when it occurs on the left side of the body for various reasons, mainly the impact it has on the brain.
He suffered multiple seizures today and they decided to put him under sedation again as a result.
They will hopefully take him out of that in the morning and then they can see if he's be stable enough to wake up.
For a bit we could see him fighting to come out of it, earlier today when he was off sedation and before the seizures. We all know he'll fight this thing. I want to stress that it's a far more serious attack than last time. I'm just saying this so that people can gauge the situation. Now we just have to wait.
There's an old saying from the First World War, 'Everyone is a believer in the trenches". Trevor is in the trenches right now. So whatever you believe, or even if you're not a believer, let us all say a prayer for our Trevor and his family tonight.
I'll report back here with any updates but Alison will post info on Facebook first so if you're friends with her on Facebook keep an eye on her page. Thanks.

Aw crap. :(

Not right, not fair, not after his struggle to get well.

Thinking positive thoughts and keeping everything crossed for Trevor and family tonight.

Thank you for the heads up and updates.

Yeah thanks for that dude, and in particular for being there for Trev and the family; I know he'd appreciate it.

My Dad's stroke four years ago was left-side, and the initial prognosis from the Hospital was it was so severe it was non-survivable, but four years later, he's back to about 75% of his old self. Left-side strokes can be beaten, so come on big man, kick this one like you did the other one mate.
