The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

That was great! I love how you used Bigbisont's "puppet theater" to tie it all together.

He posted about going to Belfast on FB, but I couldn't find a web site for it.

Glad he is back on the scene!!! Def a good sign for his health.

*(side note, if any of you happen to find themselves at that event, please PM me. I would love an autograph and know the chances of him ending up on this side of the pond seem slim).

Me with Trevor outside the event on Friday at the National Space Centre in Leicester, taken by his daughter. He seemed pretty much back to normal, and just complained of slightly reduced use of his left hand, but he seemed to walk okay and his speech was good.

Wierzbowski spotting. Here's a video Trevor shot at 'Aliens studio' Pinewood, that Trevor shot one week before his stroke.
I only just managed to track this mutha down.

> WIERZBOWSKI UPDATE

Yesterday I went over to see Trevor with fellow AL member Darren Kemp (FriendlySkies).
Trevor is in the process of moving in to a new flat. It's close to where his kids live, walking distance for them and when Trevor's a bit fitter, walking distance for him, too.
He's made up about that since it has taken eight or nine months for him to get a flat within a reasonable distance from them.
As you can see from the pic, he's lost a ton of weight and is looking healthy. He's recovered really well and he's in good spirits (as one can clearly see!)

The block he's in is warden managed, so if he gets in to any trouble there is a pull cord in each room for him to summon help.
There's a pub directly opposite and local shops within a coupla minutes so all in all he's got the bases covered.
He asked me to say hello to everyone on the board and thanks you once again for all the support you've given him over the past year.

It's good to see he's back on form!

Does Trev have the 'Ski Minimate action figure? He really ought to and I'd gladly help out with getting him one.
