Sometimes you just have to be lucky :D

When I got the package I thought "What the f*** did they do to this poor headset!" as the package was no more than 3 cm thick!

Luckily the headset was build to be folded up! :)

That's a hard question!
The originals were painted Brown Bess. However, the color doesn't stick very well as there are a lot of flexible parts and/or parts that slide on each other. So after a few hours of use it might look like the one on Harry's site - accurate to the screen used prop but not too nice in my opinion.

Cheers,
Stefan

Nice find Stefan!:D

Are you going to leave it as is, or will you paint it the correct colour?

I know, that's a tough decision.

I would probably leave it alone. I would be too worried that I would muck it up with the paintjob. Besides, you probably want to handle it, and put it on once in a blue moon. With Brown Bess paint you won't be able to touch it afterward.;)
