Post subject:  I.R. sight graphics!
I'm in the process of getting decals made of the I.R. sight graphics for Marine helmets. I have based my design on a picture of the screen used I.R. sight. Now that's not to say it's 100% accurate as some of the detail in the pic I worked from was out of focus, but it is very close. These are perfect for the FNG mod of the Brookstone magnifier. You don't have to have one of the Brookstone magnifiers...these will work great on anything! These are waterslide decals, and will be printed with white and black graphics on a CLEAR background. I'll be posting a pic soon of the design.

This art work will actually be white graphics on a clear background. And the black t-bars will be just that, but also printed on a clear background. The t-bars will need to be cut out and placed over the white graphics. Oh yeah, in case it wasn't implied, these will be water transfer decals, just like those model kits have. :) Ah...just like when I was a kid putting together kits of German airplanes, and US fighter jets.

I have an original helmet with the IR site missing. Does anyone have the know how to construct a pretty accurate one that I could use.

This site by our own FNG has a good tutorial on how to make one, but for some reason it is unavailable at the moment. :(

dropship i was emailing that guy who owns the site, Chris this morning...(a very nice guy as it happens) he is modifying his website so expect it to be up in a few days. He had a really cool idea of a book light and magnifier that lit up as i recall....excellent for the transfer once you change the magnifying bit!!!

good job on the decal...and as for the tank building....ahem ...some people here still...ahem... buiild them...

Fallchirmjager, yep, that's what I tried to link to. Chris is a great guy. :) And his magnifier is perfect for the decal I have to be used on...tthat's my intention. But I have no plans to change the magnifying glass part...that's not something I want to mess with. And what do you mean about the stasis tubes?
