The VP-70z I had had a low-gloss black polymer gripframe. The slide was a flat greyish-black color when the parkerised finish was whiped down with gun oil. When the slide would dry out, it would look grey with a slight hint of green.

The VP70 was the first production pistol to use a polymer frame (hate to break it to any of you Glock fans). As such, the frame is going to look a very plastic like semi-gloss black. The slide will look more metalic, but still blued.
