I can't remember the name, but they were for rifles/shotguns with a wooden stock and fore-end. They have two quick-release swivels and two screws -1 long, 1 short- in each pack. The short one is about half the length as the photo. I bought two packs and used the short ones. Just drill a hole, put some JB Weld on the threads and screw them in. I've never had a problem with mine yet, and my flamer weighs about 6 lbs.
