All the ones I've seen are in pairs......screen accurate.
You'd have to ask Dom about doing a single one. Can't see why not though.

You could use Lexan, available at most hardware stores (and Home Depot). It's cuttable, sandable, and won't shatter like plexiglass will.

No, perspex ("Plexiglass" to those in the USA) is quite brittle, and has a nasty tendency to shatter when bent or flexed.

Lexan however bends a whole lot before it breaks. But I've never been able to break Lexan by hand. Plexi on the other hand, no problem.
