Has anyone on here ever gone to SF comic con? Michael Biehn is set to be a guest there. If so, how strict is their weapons policy? I can't always determine that by what's posted on their site after last year's experience at Son Of Monsterpalooza (which is located accross the street from Bob Hope Airport in Burbank,) during which I went the first day dressed in my normal civies, after checking their policy, only to see a guy dressed as Ash from the Evil Dead franchise with his shotgun. I asked the officials and they permitted me to come the next day geared up, PR and all. :delta:

I will have to pass. I stick to the Knoxville, TN area unfortunately. The comic con event is on my bucket list right after Dragon Con.

Hopefully you do get the opportunity to experience Dragon Con. I'm not sure I ever will, but the question of this post was has anyone ever gone to said event, and what their experience was like with the weapons policy? How strict was it? :delta:

I did. It turns out they're on the anti-weapon-extremists side. I'm scratching them off my list of go-to Cali events. No worries though, there are plenty more to attend out here. Ontario ComicCon was small, but fun. Definitely a single day gig since it's so small. I met Lance Henrikson for the second time there. :delta:
