The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I believe Drago Seron, and John K Williams designed a battalion patch that represents Oregon and Washington state too. You may wanna contact them. They posted their patch design on the 5th page of "ship names" on "Mail From Home: Off Topic." I'm not sure how close you live from each other. :delta:

Well as big as California is, the 31st Monarchs members are spread pritty thin, but we're still planning our first annual meet up by March of next year in Anaheim. Oregon and Washington combined, can roughly equal the size of California, give or take, so why don't you guys all just unite your states into one group for the time being? I don't know how many are in your group, but by doing so, you can increase your group's numbers until you can gain enough members to split up. That notion has crossed my mind for the Monarchs. We've experienced a bit of a growth spurt this year, so if things keep up over the next few years, it may become necceessary. :delta:

Columbia covers all of Oregon and Washington. We're short active members so we're quiet at the moment. But we are looking at new events.

The Monarchs haven't been too active down here either, due to the tremendous cost of living serving as quite an opposing obsticle, but our members have acquired enough of their gear over time that we're due to be in a state of readiness in a few more months or so, and we've acquired enough new members lately that we're due to be ready in time for next year's WonderCon in Anaheim. We're really excited about it all. Our group is about 3 years old now. :delta:
