Talking with Tony about getting the shelves/wall for the table next year. Does anyone have pictures of it? I was not at DragonCon when we used it and would like to see. I know talking with Derek that he has it. Just trying to get things together early, real early, instead of waiting till last minute just incase something comes up like this year. Thanks! Greg |

I've got the banner we used this year (the one Scott Spence put together). Do we know who has the banner we've used previously? I recall in previous years Jesse DeGraff FedEx'd it to me but it's since then been out of my hands. The Hyatt does offer us power at no charge (or at least they've not asked for money the times we've been there) so that is something to think about. |

Here's how it looked in 2009, before the back/shelves had anything on them: ![]() P1000238 by medwaypvb, on Flickr |

Thanks Steve! I was not there that year and I know the table was very crowded this year. I was hoping that was what they looked like. This can get alot of the stuff up and out the way for the cards and flyers while still showing it off. Plus we can add black bed sheets or paper to the back. I say a must for next year. Thanks! Greg Are these the banners you were talking about Tony? |

Yeah, having those racks was great that year. It allowed all the spare weapons, helmets, and other assorted gear that accumulates on the table to be placed somewhere safe and out of the way where it could be seen. I also felt that having it lent a "prepared" and "professional" air to the fan table. |

I'd love to see a shot of that thing loaded up with guns and props. |

Holy crap that is too cool! Even a sentry computer and a little DropShip model! Is this stuff all hands off, or do you let people play with it? |

Whoa, whoa. You Marylanders have way better stuff than we ever have at D*Con. What's up with that? |

Gridwalls are heavy, and kinda bulky, so prolly they belong to a local member This is what we do with five sections of gridwall and modular metal shelving ![]() |

Do we have enought hangers or do we need to look at getting more? When we used it were there any problems? We have enough stuff? Any ideas for upgrades? Thanks! Greg |

Thanks! I just want to try and avoid the clutter of this year. When I was at the table we had a lot of traffic but unfortunately the cards and forms had weapons and gear on them. It was no ones fault. Just no place to put everything. Thanks! Greg |

I will take a picture of what we have in the garage, also, I will double check our grid spacing, so you will know if they will work |

Wish I had known you guys used those grid walls --- I just chucked four 5'X2' walls back in June. I would have donated them to someone down there .... Oh well -- live and learn ! ![]() |
