Indeed it is sir... rumors abound that there plans to be a large UKCM presence at 2011, the four of us are being sent this year to make sure all is well for their arrival in 2011.... all for the common good mind!

Well news from the Ripstick camp is that he's on a soul searching trip until early August....so whether his 'projects' are done already or if he'll start the 1:1 scale replica operations room about 7am the morning of the parade is anyone's guess.
I'm guessing the latter....and it'll be done in time and look awesome

I'm going to be out of town for half of whats left of the year with work....but amazingly enough the week I'm back is the week of D*Con so I'm still going to be there with bells on!!

The full documentary will air on PBA 30 (an Atlanta based PBS channel).
Airdates are:
Thursday, September 2nd at 11 pm
Saturday, September 4th at Midnight (technically, this is Sunday the 5th)
Tuesday September 7th at 11 pm
It is being offered to other PBS stations, but there's no telling who will bother to pick it up. According to their previous response, they do not think it will be sold on DVD, but they do plan on putting the entire thing up online after its broadcast dates are done. Therefore, if you live outside of Atlanta and aren't going to take time out of D*C to watch a documentary about D*C while you're here (lol) then your best best is to pay attention to their facebook page (facebook.com/DragonConPBS) for when and where that'll get posted!

That's a go for me...Look forward to meeting everyone for the first time. As mentioned before, I have several pred costume's and a few alien costumes,. and lots of ''hugger'' props. I know I will be running around with whoever I dress out in the alien costumes, and will be meeting with another alien costumer. we will come join the party, once we find your table. Also will there be anyone who would be willing to help out as handlers...It's just so awkward getting around for photo opps in full face masks...that and it never fails that some lady puts a newborn baby in my hand's and says '' just gotta have a pic ... ''.Havn't been to DC in a few years...but can't wait.

Also do The pred's at DC have there own group to walk in for the parade,.? or do they gather with the marines company.?

One year, Hunters Lair was put right behind us in the parade. They're a separate group in the parade though.

Is the other Alien costumer Kearney or Loki? I've managed to lose touch with both of them online after meeting them at D*Con...

D*Con is the safest place I've ever been Alien at; Not guaranteeing you won't have problems but it's the only big show I'd consider letting Abe walk around alone. The main issue at D*Con is aggressive security types who consider you to be causing an obstruction by drawing crowds (which is often true...). I found the best thing was to maintain character and "ignore" them while at the same time complying with what they want you to do.

Yes Pug50 kearney is one of my alien's. He also signed on to be an extra in the fanfilm. I will tell him you said hello...he is supose to get on here, but I know his elbow deep in school classes. But heck yeh...we will see ya at the con.

Make sure you guys hook up with the group generally! They might be Marines, but they're awesome! And I'm sure there will be people around the USCM table willing to keep half an eye on your tails. Also, when I'm out of costume, I'd love to take some photos of your Xenos - it's a bit like an out-of-body experience for me ...

Oh, and are you guys gonna be at the USCM dinner on Saturday?
