DATA was down and clear late night as I came back with the clanger's on the coach.

My dad pick me up from Taunton bus station and got home 5:20pm, unpack and went to bed and I just got a few hours ago. 18 hours sleep.

Had a great con like always, Will do it again and again.

D*Conners weren't the only con revelers to come down with some kind of crud Labor Day weekend. There was a little gamer convention going on out in Seattle called PAX. A bunch of people managed to come away from there with H1N1, a.k.a., "The Oink", including the hosts, Gabe and Tycho from Penny Arcade, and the keynote speaker, Wil Wheaton. Comparatively speaking, I feel lucky. Gabe and Tycho were incapacitated so guest artists came in to do their webcomic.





Okay, the last one didn't have a reference to Alien, but I put it in there as a jab at Dom.

Whoa! Sorry folks, forgot to call in after leaving Atlanta...

Ok, so technically I'm not home safe - safe, yes, but not home. I'm currently enjoying Californian hospitality, for another month at least, with a potential follow-up in Japan, although that's a pretty vague project at the moment.

Soooo... extended deployment, that's what it is. Thanks to continuing fun, I avoided most of the post-con depression, but I still miss you crazy lot.
