Yes, unless they give specific instructions when the panel starts not to.

I filmed a bit of Lance's one last year okay, but I filmed from my seat at the front, not by standing in the middle of the aisle or anything. :)

I have a bi-pod and a DV Camera I am considering bringing and would love to film the Hicks errr Michael Biehn Panel.
