I tried to place an order with them almost two months ago now. Nothing happened. Faxed the order in, then followed with eMails, phone calls, other faxes - never got an answer, never got through to a living person. Zip, nada, niente, que dalle...

I'm getting just a little bit miffed here. Anyone ever had any dealings with them? What do you have to do to get their attention??
