The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

If i do put the service on my site ill make sure that it's clear i didn't build it, just painted it.

ill have to have a think about the price.

I heartily recommend his painting services to any UKCM. :D

BTW, that's not all of the stuff he painted for me, just the main parts to show you how good it looks. 8)

Now THAT is sweet. Top notch work!!
If I had armor in the UK that needed painting.....I'd screw it up myself and then ask Nick to fix it :)

As the armour shoulders now fit me better, I've had to do some modifications to the Nick-Made grenade straps as they were loose to start with and now way too loose.

I did it by unpicking the stitching on one end of the belt loops and then re-fastening the end a little higher up the straps with latex glue and rivets. :)

They are now the right length for my armour:

I'm currently also modifying the ab pad armour, adding some braces (suspenders, for our US peeps  ), rivetting them onto the ab pad for secure fastening, so I don't have to use duct tape every Drop to hold it up.  :D

Ran out of the right size rivets though, so will pop up to Homebase tomorrow to get some more. :)

Pics to follow when finished. 8)
