That's going to look pretty cool, can't decide which of those Alien skulls is the best. And the addition of the T-Rex skull is excellent!

Yes, it came with the first Malebolgia McFarlane made.

I also used the head skull from the first Scourge figure from Todd.

I'd use more helmets and skulls but there are not many that are in the correct scale.
