The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

That's right! It's finally done.

Check out the trailer and place your order. I will be bringing a bunch down to DragonCon for those who want to save on shipping:

Enjoy it. Sadly, other than that little clip, you got no coverage last year. We'll make up for it with more "Drunky" action this year.

For the most part, Dave got a lot of coverage (as you can see in the trailer). Brian got some time on screen. Other than that, you guys really didn't get too much representation. A lot of you are on screen for the parade and a clip of the table. I did plug the website and message board, and of course, made sure that FNG got a plug.

You guys need to up your game the way Dave and Brian do by being drunk and stupid at the Hyatt bar more often.

I think the new official rule for DragonCon is that anyone in Spat gear has to buy me one drink a night at the Hyatt bar. That should help us all be drunk and stupid and ensure we get some good and naughty footage for Spat Gone Wild Vol 4!

If this is what it takes to get into your DVD, I'll kindly decline... but I may be interested in seeing other people make bozos of themselves... willing to buy or trade for a copy.

It's worth the $10 just to see Dave. He gives new meaning to the phrase "Lickered Up". And yes, I misspelled that on purpose.

So how much is shipping, or does your shopping cart add that in?

Well, received the 2006 Spatcon, er, SpatGone Wild DVD and
overall was pretty happy with it. I was less happy because it
brought back all the happy memories of being at DC (and in fact,
being about 2 feet away from when a LOT of the Thursday/Friday
footage was shot) but reminds me I can't be there this year to
share in all the 2007 memories. :)

Only 2 suggestions: 1) DITCH THE FRAKKING CHAINSAW INTRO
MUSIC/SOUND!

Holy Hell, I about wet myself when that sound came out of my
stereo speakers! And not in a good way. :)

2) If your Spatcam has image stabalization, please turn it on. ;)

Other than that, another quality Spat product that everyone must
own! Go there. Buy it. Now. NOW I TELL YOU, NOW! And buy a hat
too! Spat loves it when you tack on a hat order at the last
minute!

Thanks Spat (and Tony)!

1 - Tony hates my musical score as well. But I composed it, and I like it! And I didn't have time to compose a new one this year. I had planned to have new music, but at the last minute decided to just re-use music from last year so I could spend more time editing and coming up with silly captions. Sorry. Next year I'll write something new.

2 - The camera we're using is a high end camera made for filmmaking. It does have an image stabilizer, but it's not the same type that is built into the most basic HandyCam. It's really not made to be carried around by hand like that. I do have a HandyCam as well, that has much better stabilizers, and a night vision mode, but it doesn't shoot the same high quality that the big camera does. I'll tell Tony to be more stable this year.

And, as you can see by the footage, if you're a hot girl, a half naked girl, or a crazy guy licking women and cursing your head off, you have a chance of making into the next volume!

I'll have a bunch of DVDs with me at DragonCon, but make sure to get to me early. Last year, I sold out of them by Sunday morning.

And this way, you get to save shipping!

Don't worry Spat. The only reason I'm critical is because I went to
school for this kind of stuff (Bachelor of Science in Mass
Communications) so at times I tend to expect (wrongly of course)
that everyone should be able to shoot rock solid video. Heck, MY
parade footage last year was pretty shaky at times because I was
shooting one handed (PR in the other hand). So I guess I shouldn't
complain. :)

The music itself was great Spat, it's just that intro bit that
bothered me. :) But heck, you did it up from scratch, so you're
miles ahead of me. Well done!

And I liked the fun captions on the video this year. Good stuff!

Like I said already, EVERYONE who was at DC last year should pick
up one of these. Good times, good times!

Thanks! I definitely think I was on the ball with the captions and editing this year.

What did you think of "The Con Rules"?

A couple of them flew by a little fast, so if you were staring at
boobies, er, I mean WATCHING the video you partially missed
them. But the boobie free ones I did see were quite funny. ;)

And now it must be your holy quest to get Fin (was that her
name?) on tape, talking. :)

Oh, and WOW! I didn't realize it was Rich as "V" (for vendetta)!
Very cool! It was nice to meet him as well. How did he convince
his GF/Wife(?) to shave her head?

Fin doesn't like being on camera, it's Sam who doesn't like speaking on it. But this year she may try something new.

And as for Rich, that girl wasn't either. It was just a friend who really wanted to do that costume!
