The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I was just getting a link to the forum for someone and noticed that if you go through google to the site, you get an “certificate invalid” warning and it claims the site is unsafe (on safari).

Any idea what’s going on?

I have been going on Google Images, and using the search term, “alien 3 jacket” as a bypass.
The result you want has “alienslegacy” in the address below the image. Click on that image, and once you’re on the site, go to the homepage and log in.

Hope this helps.

Using google for anything is a bad idea. You wont find a site more unsafe then google itself. try duckduckgo.

So what's going on all of a sudden? I've been unable to login for the past week on my computer because I keep getting an automated redirect to a phishing site warning from my provider. I managed to get logged in on my phone, but four out of five times I try to navigate the forums it gives me an error.

You need to run an antimalware regimen on your computer. You have a browser hijacker on your computer. alienslegacy.com should redirect to forum.alienslegacy.com. The site is not https and is only an http site with no ssl certificate.

Run these in no paticular order:
superantispyware
malwarebytes
kaspersky
esetonline
ccleaner

They are free for the basic version and do not get fooled to buying anything, uninstall once done.

Modern viruses and trojans do not break your computer, they keep them functioning.

Yeah, ran as many of those as I could without giving out credit card information, the site is still doing it. And it is the only one that is doing it for me. It's also still throwing back errors on my phone as well.

Are you aware you will get a not secure notice as this site does not use https or secure ssl? If cleaning regimens did not clear the error then it may be a standard browser warning that the site is not secured with SSL or encryption.
