The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Does anyone else feel really, really down, during long periods of bad weather?

yep. 100%. I live in a place where even the ice days are so humid that you end up staying inside in the dark anyway. environment is everything.

You might have Seasonal Effective Disorder (SAD). My mother in law has it, the lack of sunlight brings on depression. You can get special lights that help.

check your diet, lights as suggested, and air. often times those items cause issues many time unnoticed.

oh yeah, sooo much fun. Onward with friends is awesome.

Hoping that with lockdown ending "heavily fingers crossed", life will become bearable. It'll get better. Weather in the UK is always shite but we'll defo get that one summer day. I've booked tickets to the YNOT festival this year. It might not happen but it's something to look forward to anyway.

I do have one of those special lights, as I do suffer from SAD during the winter months, but not sure if it actually has any effect?

Just been feeling real fed up lately, as the weather here has been bloody awful these last couple of months. We're well into spring, and yet I've still been scraping ice off my car ijn the mornings up until last week.

We've had like 2 really warm, sunny days and that has been it. Rest of the time it's been cold, windy and rainy almost every damn day.

Got a whole ton of jobs I need to crack on with, but they're dependent on fine weather, which has yet to materialise and I'm wondering if we're actually going to get a summer this year?
