WOW & excellent job on the conversions withthe M16,Mp5s,etc. You`ve made some very interesting weapons & pieces of kit

So is this going to get a World wide release,as It`s sparked my curiosity to want to see this film.

I hate you, Falken.

And there are no MP5's in that batch! A lot of M4's, M16's, and a mess of Sig 552's. Matt and I tried to keep all the Rossdale Rifles as Sigs, and all the Kuzaa as M4's or M16's, but we ran out of Sigs and some of the stunt Rossdale Rifles are actually converted M16's. We hid those in the background, and no one noticed.

Matt still hasn't come up with a name for the Rossdale Rifles. But don't worry, Matt, you still have time. Release date is set for October.

Thanks for all the kind words, guys! I'm still shocked we got them all finished in time. We only had 7 weeks of pre-production to make everything, and very, VERY little money.

Ahh my bag on the MP5 then. One had folded stock (HK style) & length of the "K". Ahhh well.

Still Spat amazing pieces.
Those heads & body parts BTW I do really like.

Thanks! Just wait until next month when we get to post the pics of the costumes! There are 2 armies fighting in the film, so we had to make 2 completely different sets of uniforms, armor and gear so they could be set apart.

The Rossdale's are very Colonial Marine, while the Kuzaa are very Roman Legion. I think you guys will like them.

And then soon after we post the costume pics, they'll probably let us post some pics of the Aliens, which came out pretty good, I guess. Considering they are Canadian. And Falken wore one of the suits, and walked like... well, like Falken wearing an Alien suit. But I'm sure they can fix that in Post.

Those are the official pics taken by Steve, the official photographer, and they are on a private, password protected website. There's a big difference between what he can post on a private Cast and Crew only page, and what we can post on a public forum.

I think he posted that stuff before he knew the rules, and only because he was very excited, and a little worried. He wanted his ego stroked. I know he was pretty flustered after we wrapped, having a small bout of Post Pardum Depression, and worrying that he didn't get enough coverage, since we only had 14 days to film. It happens to every filmmaker when they wrap.

I mailed him to remind him about his Blog pics, so hopefully he'll take them down. Or he'll decide it's free reign for posting pics!

Who knows?

I got an e-mail from Shane, and he forgot all about those pics, and claims it's ok, because no one looks at his blog anyway.

Actually, no. Except for ones of it in the actors hands.

Matt and I were talking about the pistol last night, saying how it's a really cool piece and that we should probably mold it so we can pop out resin copies.

I know one of the actors really, really wants a copy of the BFG as well. So maybe there will be some more molding coming up.

Shane is talking about a teaser trailer in July, so if there is some buzz, expect some resin kits floating around!

And, Rook, you promised that those pics were for your private collection.

So where did all the prop guns wind up at..back with their respective suppliers/creators?

I know where they did NOT end up

They ended up in my basement! Along with all the costumes and all the other props.

I figure another couple of months before they're all trashed and destroyed from being in the way of my other work.

Though I may wait for the teaser trailer, and then have a super Trenches Sale!
