The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Anyone else feel much better when the sun is shining and the weather is warm?

We've had some real ghastly weather these last 6 weeks or so and I've been really, REALLY down. To the point where I was considering going back to the Doctors to see about upping my meds.

But now the sun is out and we're having a major heatwave and I'm loving it.

Anyone else affected by the weather like this?

It is a seasonal mood deal. It has to do with lack of actual sunlight. Something about biology and sunlight.

Oh yeah, I do suffer from SAD, just wondering if anyone else finds warm, sunny weather gives them a huge mood lift?

I'm the opposite - I hate the hot weather, blinding sunshine, muggy humidity and all that.
When I no longer need a jacket, it's too hot!
