Obviously Halo! :D

However I'll never get past thinking of "Red vs Blue" whenever I see Halo armour. ;)

Are you planning on fiberglassing over that?
Someone over on the RPF did that with a "300" inspired helmet , and the technique made me think all sorts of bad things for future projects. :)

Not sure whether im going to fibreglass or vacform it.

Never done either but Ive heard horror stories about fibreglass. At least vacforming is only molten plastic..:)

If that's paper you're making the master out of, I don't know if you can vac over that without it going *squish*. Most vaccuform masters are made out of wood, plaster or some other dense material.
