Hello!
I'm living in Malta for a couple of months, rehearsing for their premier of the Rocky Horror Show. Sarge helped me with some workout advice for this trip to help me look a bit more like the body-builder 'Rocky' is supposed to be!

I'm starting to miss the english rain!

I meant to link my 'blog' to the legacy while I was playing Buddy a few months ago, which was quite a big deal for me although it was only local, so here it is at the start of a new one...

Congratulations, sounds like a good gig. Spent some time in Malta myself, there's some interesting places when you get past the tourist areas.

I've bought myself a years membership at the local gym, and reloaded my stocks of 'the stuff'...

And I'm going to keep my every-other-day rountine.
