A great one has passed
Tuesday around 8pm or so my grandmother passed peacefully in her home. I have given her as much dignity as I could and even made sure that last Sunday she watched the church service from our iPad which made her very happy. The downhill slide was very slow and then very sudden. Seeing someone that was able to take care of themselves turn into someone who you ended up having to make sure that they had taken their meds and could not drive anymore.
Shortly after Grandpa ascended it occurred to me what does the good lord do with hunters? The answer came to me as he sends them on safaris in hell to thin the herd of demons so that we here on earth have less demons to deal with ourselves. Doing what they loved in this life in the afterlife above and below. A while later I went on my first mission trip to Guatemala, and my one night there I saw a figure dressed in full marine garb and it looked just like grandpa coming to check and make sure everything was OK.
Two hearts are now one in heaven as they were on earth. Now the kindred spirits have reunited and have fruits of the soul to snack upon as they walk on their journey together
