The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I'm not sure how silly of a question this is I'm about to ask. We can all see that the USA, the Canadian, the German, the UK, and the Australian divisions are all represented on this forum, but I've been curious as to if there are any colonial marine groups anywhere throughout the Central/ South American, and Asian regions, and if so, has anyone reached out to them in any attempt of adding their division to this forum to make it that much more global? :delta:

Being out here on the westcoast may provide us that opportunity to inspire tourists from Asia visiting such events like WonderCon, etc. to start a division of their own, once we set up our booth there next year, and start conducting our sentry patrols and colony sweeps. Our group has been making great strides. The extremely high cost of living out here, and the fact that our state is so large, we've been spread thin, has been our most debilitating obsticles, but the majority of us are now at that point of readiness where we've been able to put our heads together and set our sights on Anaheim as our annual group rendezvous. :delta:

i believe we have battalions in Hungary, France, Poland, and Spain. If anyone has contact information for them, it would be appreciated.

Hopefully, with California being such a go-to location for tourists, we are able to either, inspire visiting tourists from void nations to start up their own battalions once they arrive back home, or flushout any possible existing colonial marine cosplayers who simply are not aware of this forum. Believe it or not, I actually run into quite a number of people who've never heard of us as cosplayers, or our forum. I educate them, and they leave very enthusiastic about joining. While attending the Ontario ComicCon on Saturday, I met a couple 501st members who were very excited to learn about us. Their only concern was whether they would be confronting any of the negativity they often run into within the 501st. I assurred them that our community is a LOT more friendly, supportive, and helpful with each other. I left them VERY interested in joining, and with the link to the forum to do so. :delta:
