I know there's cat ones that have a sensor and a chip that attaches to the collar. Slightly more secure than a regular flap.
Or just give your dog a set of keys

This topic might not be appropriate for this forum, but I am still giving it a try in hope of helping me figure out the best dog door for my Pomeranian. I am planning to buy and install one in the kitchen door, heading to the backyard. I just feel like it is not safe anymore to leave my house open so that my pooch can play outside during daytime. So what are the things that you usually consider before purchasing the said stuff? |
