I hope this dosn't turn out like the resident evil films where they look great and they turn out to suck. It should be just like the cartoon and so has to have that cool transforming sound.

I doubt that sound will be in there. You have to remember that they are making a live action version and not a cartoon this time and certain things will and should change.

I would think there will be A sound but something more realistic (or as realistic as a big transforming robot can be of course)

But it's not like flat nosed semis don't exist though. I can understand Megatron going from a Walther to a tank but c'mon. Prime was always (save for one variant) a stubbed up truck.

I think it's more along the lines of the producers wanting to do thier own interpretations of these characters, than being slaves to what they view as "old cartoons" You also have to remember that Michael Bay is a coked out lunatic.

I think I heard somewhere that megatron is gonna be an alien fighter jet or something like that in the movie.
