21 OK, guys, what am I doing wrong? I have been using all storm towers with a few water and fire on the corners.

My problem is I invest too heavily in towers at the beginning of the course, and not enough on towers closer to the castle x_x

Three fully-upgraded ice towers in the middle of the first 'lane' to do serious damage on the first two straights, then a fully upgraded nature tower roughly in the middle of the map - the range on those things lets them reach most of the screen. As the bad guys get tougher, start building towers on the section above the castle so they can reach that top straight. Remember that the fire towers don't have a lot of range but the ice ones can reach a fair distance. Upgrading seems to be the key.

Anyone managed to amass enough cash to see what those 'super' towers do when they're upgraded?!

I tried the 5000 upgrade once on the big "flower" gun, but it wasn't very good. I expected it to be amazing. Maybe my placement wasn't the best it could have been.

Yeah the flower gun is pretty useless considering the money you spend on it. The range is greatly reduced when you do the 5000 upgrade. :roll:

So far I've made it to 72. I put a bank of Ice towers down the first row- and a few Nature towers in the mid area. I usually have to put a couple of Storm towers around the first corner until I can afford some upgrades. :)

77 - Try one ice tower to keep you alive and then all nature towers dead center in the screen as close together as you can fit them. One they are upgraded they can reach the whole screen
