Yes, I've watched videos on how to do this on youtube, but my problem is this.

While my pants almost touch the floor, by the time I get done rolling them up, they are just about right at the top of my jungle boots. And if I sit down or bend over they ride even further up.

So I'd like to know if any of you have suggestions on how to do this with USCM BDU's as I have my first drop this weekend.

I'd advise blousing by sitting on the floor or putting your foot up on something, so your leg is as bent as it ever will during most activity.
If your trousers are too short to comfortably blouse at this point, then you need a longer pair. Those of us with overly long limbs tend to need larger sizes anyway, so use a belt and learn to enjoy the big puffy MC Hammer pants look!

I have no idea how you're blousing or what videos you've seen... but here's what I do:

Get yourself a pair of what are called something like Trouser Twists, Blousing Bands or Trouser Blousers. These are lengths of green elastic twisted together, with little hooks at either end. Most UK army surplus shops sell a pair for about a quid (about $1.85, I'd guess), so buying several pairs is easy. If you want to be real cheap, a pair of rubber/elastic bands work just as well.

Put your trousers on as normal, then your boots. Lace them up and tidy the loops away however you choose.
Then, lift a trouser leg up and put one of these twists on about 2" below the top of the boot.
Drop the trouser leg down, but then fold the end up inside itself (along the hem line is usually good) and tuck it up between the twist and the boot.

This should now look damn fine and also help keep rain from coming down into your boots.
I do this on a daily basis with my leather motorcycle trousers, so it's pretty secure and comfy!

There are several ways to blouse just by folding and tucking in, but they're not as easy or comfy IMO.
One other option is to put draw cords inside the hem and just tie them in place, before dropping the trousers down around them.

I have been using elastic trousers bungees for years since I was in the forces

This is not an auction!

Yeah, I've got a pair of heavy duty rubber bands I try to use, but I guess the main problem is that my pants aren't long enough. Buying a new pair isn't going to happen anytime soon, so...I don't know, guess I'll just have to experiment.

Although I don't know if it really matters, the whole thing gets covered up by the leg armor anyway, I guess I just want it all to be as authentic as possible.

Drag them down and wear them as Low-Riders/Hipsters?

I'm afraid doing that will be negated by wearing the "thong" that secures the ab pad!

tuck them into your boots, the armour will hold them in place

Blousing straps are easy as hell to use..... they do tend to put dents in ur calf by the end of the day. as i wear mine up to 12 hours sometimes for work..... but they are super cheap like 2-3 bucks for 2 pairs. i tend to stand up put them jsut above the boot and then put the pants over them. once that is done grab the strap thru the pants and roll the pants under till you have all the extra fabric tucked up and under the strap. they will go down a little but not that much thru the day.... hope this helps been wearing them for about 6 years now since th eNavy went to Cammies.

Just buy some simple boot bands. Dont blouse them above your boot. Put them at around 2 to 3 eyelets down over your boot.

Wont cut into your calf, actually serves a purpose and imho looks better. Unless your trying to pull off that POG look.

That's what I ended up doing, blousing then two or three eyelets down the boot. Looked much better and with the leg armor on, you couldn't tell one way or another. And I used a couple of heavy duty rubber bands, it's all I had on hand but worked just fine. :)
