The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Sad news this morning troopers.
The world has awoken to the sad passing of a legend in entertaiment.
Leonard Nimoy passed away today peacefully in his home surrounded by his family.
Millions knew him as Mr Spock from the science fiction saga STAR TREK.
Live long and prosper. ...

damn sad used to watch that show as a kid it would come on at 4pm and the school bus would not get to my place until roughly 4:10pm so for years I always missed the first 15 minutes.

I'm honestly really sad about this. Nimoy always seemed to appreciate the immense good fortune he had in his life and was able to embrace being type-cast as well as have fun with it. The world has lost a really cool guy.

I was very saddened to hear of his death. I posted a tribute to him on my Facebook page later that day. He shall always be remembered well.
