You may know this already, but going to https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?actio ... e_type=CIV and doing a search for your state (Georgia?) brings up a bunch of Civil Surgeons doing medicals for USCIS.
Each are listed with phone numbers. Dial around - probably Monday now - and see when they can get you in and how much they charge for the medical (they may have differing fees).
I think from when I had my medical in the UK, I had to have it in London and USCIS required them to send the results via expedited registered delivery, but that was back in 2006 before I left for the USA.
