A damn fine author and storyteller. Those of you who play Splinter Cell, Rainbow Six, or other Clancy-related games, go into multiplayer with some other players, line up, and do a proper 3-volley salute tonight. |

I got hooked on books like Red Storm Rising, Without Remorse, and some of his other earlier books. He was a great military fiction writer. |
