due to medical bills I can not attend Dragon this year, and I need to ask a favor of one of you, Vito Has my spare USCM chest plate and I was hoping someone can pick it up from him and after the convention mail it down to me (cost would be a bit cheaper than him mailing it from across the pond)

can anyone help?
