Who's the Toostie Roll Owl?

He was a mascot for Tootsie roll pops back in the 80's.. The gimmick being he always tried to figure out how many licks it would take to get to the center...but always ended up biting into the damn thing after 3 licks. This after "borrowing" the pop from some random kid

A Tootsie roll is a kinda chewy chocolate candy. Usually eaten on it's own but sometimes located inside a lollipop giving you something to lick towards I suppose. I'm with the Owl, never patient enough to wait. I didn't borrow mine like he did though.
