The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Hey guys.

My birthday is coming up and I am hopefully getting the last two issues I need to finish my Aliens: Colonial Marine comic collection. Now there are only 10 issues (11 if you include the one that came out with the game) and I'm looking for a nice way to store them.

A box would be far too big and I kinda want to keep them on shelf so they can be read. Any one know of a nice way to store/display a small comic collection?

Thanks!

(p.s any one who's interested I'm missing issues 8 and 9!)

Best way is store them in bags with backing boards , and in a box ... but if you want to have them on display then you can get hard plastic covers , best to go to your local comic shop and ask ... i store my Aliens comics ( which is a lot ) in hard plastic clear cases .. i have every first print of all the Dark horse comics since the first appeared , even have the re-edited version of the first story that came out after Alien 3 )

Depending on how often you want to read them, Wilkos sell very cheap (£2-£3) but very nice black photo frames in A4 and A3 sizes. They look great with comics in, I highly recommend them.

Thanks for the response!!

@Glen I personally was only interested in the colonial marine series by dark horse. I already own the omnibuses so these are just extras! I'm proud to own them.

@Simon I was thinking of framing them but we just don't have the wall space!

You could pick up a few of these photo ledges:

Bag and board the comics, and spread 'em all out on display. Would look kinda cool.
