The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Did the "big" mission on Tuchanka last night. Lets just say the "air was blue" while I was playing it. :)

"Men" get annoyed with stupid deaths in games. I don't mind a challenge, but getting spammed by overpowered enemies and THEN crushed
by an even MORE overpowered enemy... this equals... harsh language. :)

Pretty cool game so far overall. The graphical improvements over the last two games are pretty impressive.

I am only just starting this mission. What did you choose to do at the end of this stage? Release the genophage cure, stop it or delay it? Its taken me a while to get here as i have been taking my time searching every corner for hidden items and doing as many side missions as possible. Have found lots of armour and weapon upgrades.

Some of the deaths i have experienced in this have been very annoying. Especially ones where you get shot taking cover behind a wall.

Finally got round to finishing this and have to say I am more than a little dissapointed with the end. I find it also a little confusing how mine played out as characters i took with me on the final push end up on the Normandy at the end unless joker set down and picked them up then went for a mass relay. Oh well i suppose it is possible. Would be great though if they made an animation with FF: Spirits Within quality CGI.

Think I will start over from ME2 (i have ps3) and make some different choices.

After watching several videos etc on you tube i would actually go along with the idea that the whole ending did not actually happen and was in fact an attempt by the reapers to indoctrinate shepherd. It all played out in his dreams while unconscious from the reaper blast. That extra part at the end where you see who i can only guess is shepherd in the rubble gasp for breath as though waking up fits this idea. Lol, does that mean that the extra dlc they are working on is the actual 'real' ending?!

Necropost, I know, but I'm still catching up with the world...

Spent the past 140-odd hours burning through ME1 and 2, just started on ME-3 last night. Been feeling like a TPS champion, until I got stuck for 20 minutes during the Krogan Female rescue mission because I didn't realise a window had no glass (by the fire jet bit)!!

Part of me wasn't so keen on even bothering with this, given how I had heard the ending to 3 was really infuriating... I didn't want to set myself up for the fall. But given that I'd just come from Dragon Age and thought *those* were awesome, ME so far really is unbelievable!!!

Really glad I finally get to run around in my shuttle bay, although I kinda miss the "Men's Restroom" joke from 2.

Also, I understand I'm one of the only three people on the planet who actually enjoyed the Mako missions in 1 - *really* nasty big bads? Would I like an all-terrain space-tank with machinegun and rocket launcher? HELL YEAH!! So I'm kinda sad that the Mako never really happened in 2.

So does anyone play the online bit any more? What's that about, how does it work, is it worth it?
