I have gone through each candidate to make sure they have responded to the roll call and are in good standing. The following nominations did not answer the roll call, thus are ineligible to run for office for this up coming elections term. All members who submitted information to the roll call were added to the voting usergroups. You can find that information under the user control panel.

Chris Asbery for XO of NZCM

Simon T for XO of UKCM

Terran Roberts for SGT of AL

4.1 Active - Members must reply to the yearly roll call to remain active.

Active members are allowed to sign up for as many events as they please and may run for elected office and vote in club elections.

9.2 Eligibility- All active members who are in good standing with the club are allowed to vote and hold office. All members must be nominated by another member who is in good standing. A member must have been an active member for at least 1 year prior to being nominated. A member may only be nominated for one position Colonial Administration. Each member is allowed 1 vote for each officer position. (Colonial and division level) A member may only be nominated for a division level position for the division they report to. A member may only vote for the division leadership for the division they report to.

if anyone has any questions, please feel free to PM me. If you have documentation that you did indeed send your roll call information, please send that in a PM to me immediately.

Mike

I protest! I demand my distant 3rd place finish stand in the record books...

In all seriousness, I know I responded, but can't prove it as I can't locate the email in my 'sent/outbox' list. Darn weird and rules are rules.

Maybe if you would show up on the board some time or go to a convention! :P

Thanks!
