While waiting for Chef to return from an event and reply to my email about ordering screen acurate BDU's
I might as well get myself a proper ID number to engave on my dogtags :D

A) E
B) Corporal
C) Dabrowski R.J.
D) 09/03/1988
E) Warsaw, Mazovia (Poland)
F) Jurgen

At the moment that's the uniform i got:

Patches are the stiched version and in correct colors - don't be fooled by the lighting!
I'm hoping to get new "better" bdu's shotly thanks to Chef's Creations - but I think even as of now i fulfill the requirement 'bout having a uniform with patches :D

@side note about the Parachute badge - I know you guys in the States are itchy about stolen valor so just to explain:
I'm a qualified military paratroper with real combat drops.
Served. Jumped. Been there. Seen sh*t. Came back.

I am Canadian, so cannot speak on behalf of American servicemen. I am a Canadian veteran, so I can tell you that we don't throw roses at people posing as servicemen, nor people wearing decorations that they did not earn. http://news.nationalpost.com/news/canada/fake-soldier-franck-gervais-pleads-guilty As for your decoration, it is yours, and we leave it up to you how to wear it.

I'm not a longstanding member of the board, but I am us army airborne qualified, so I feel like I can chime in here--

Normally we wear them on top of the service tape. I'm curious though, why didn't you choose to wear your polish wings instead?

I got my Polish badge on my uniform and just figured a US one would be more suiting a USCM uniform ;)
(btw. I know where it should be pined according to regulations ;) but as you can see even the patches arent sewed and the badge isn't pinned - just laying there)

But hey, when you mentioned it using my own badge is even a better idea! This way I'll wear the exact badge that I earned.
Another thing is that the polish badge quiet nicely fits with the USCM "diving eagle" iconography... :)

But enough with the off-topic... I need to sort my camera out and start to document my progress with the costume :D

The general agreement amongst us is to not wear real-world US military decorations as to not be mistaken for US military by real US military. I wear French jump wings.

Hi Kim. I'm sorry, I don't understand your request. I already have recorded your svc number with these details:
A03/TQ8.0.05284E1 Cpl Elius, K K84 Victoria AUS

So, what are we changing here? Your class from E to G, rank and call sign? Or are you looking to replace your service number with a standardized one?
