My knees are sh!t so they truly are essential gear for me, even more so since I play primarily MOUT, so I'm always kneeling on floors

Yeah, I'm closing on Seven foot, so if I want to avoid being turned into target practice, Kneeling is the best. Plus where I've always played it's basically a swamp, and you don't want to lay prone in a swamp.

Well, it was only once for a Halloween game. And those were my old greaves, so no worries.

I have padding in the kneepads so they worked well as, well, kneepads! With some new real-world weathering to the paint job.
