The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Has anyone had this problem? I have had two of these and after firing one or two times they both break. Each time its the same piece the floating nozzle assembly. Has anyone else had this problem or know of a way to prevent it?

Happy to say .. no. Becuz mine's the Kobayashi version. But I understand the Taiwan clone shoots at higher velocity, which might explain the malfunction. Try low-gas. Hope you can get parts for those.

That was my original hypothesis about the gun the velocity I tried adjusting the flow of the clip but it still did it. And to my knoledge you cannot get a replacement part for the floating nozzle assembly at least not on the open market. What would fix the problem is having the part made from aluminum but again no one makes the part.
