The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Post subject: Off the Shelf Airsoft PR?

After trying the "search" feature with no luck, thought I'd ask a "Noob" question.
Are there curently any pre-made Airsoft PRs out there to be had? (I know the question went around a little while ago. But, I was just wondering if anybody had seen anything lately.)
I've seen the evike and believe they're out of stock (again or still).
The only other one I've seen is the MiM with mixed reviews on their product and Customer Service.
I have an airsoft Thompson but lack the skills to build it up to where it needs to be.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Men at Arms (www.scifimilitary.com)is looking to do another G&P order if he can get enough interest. There are a lot of parts and it looks hard, but it isn't too bad. The kit comes with the allen wrenches too. Seems to me the hardest part was figuring what screws went where...

I'm thinking about doing a kit.
But, I'd really like a second airsoft anyway. Just an excuse to buy a PR. Then maybe convert my thompson later.

I lost the link, but I actually bought 2 bad TM clones to do my build since I installed the FX kit in the G&P kit I got. I'm hoping to do a second one... Might be nice to have a spare at D-Con (if I make it).. You never know when someone might need to borrow one (UK Grunts)... :D

If you're not using it for airsoft a Spuls might be a better deal. Just not sure about installing a FX kit in it. I don't have a Spuls (yet)..

I believe Fire Support do a fully built Airsoft PR for £550.
Zero One also do one for £545.

Both are a TM Thompson and a G&P Kit, I believe.

Most Airsoft shops have a workshop and will build the Pulse Rifle for you, (for a small labour charge), provided you give them the Pulse Rifle kit and a donor Thompson. You might want to check first.
