If you are looking for an alternative gun that looks similar to a PR- a G36 fits the bill. There are tons of cheap electrics on ebay of those.
But just understand it's just similar- more like close but no cigar.

And an XM-8 is a G36 with a body kit.. 
If it's a different weapon loadout you want..? Why not go for a canon weapon like the M16 or SA80? Or make a PIG or sniper rifle..
