does anybody know of an actual pr airsoft gun...as in, NOT a conversion kit? or maybe could someone make one themselves?

i think the closest u will get to having an airsoft PR already built will be by having the site u buy it from make it for you, which some do. although that is still using the conversion kit. i dont know any place that sells or makes an airsoft PR from scratch without having to convert.

Do you mean an out of the box, finished gun?

Then no, nobody "currently" manufactures them.

Many moons ago there were people who did, but the costs
were double what you'd pay to do it yourself.

WOW, was in Dallas yesterday and bham - Park Sabers were on hand.
He only has 2 left at $1000 which is fully built up and good to go.
