For my sins i'm going to be taking up airsoft

But I have found a way of combining costumeing and airsoft

I'm going base my costume on the UBCS from res' evil
But i'm having trouble finding the gun

From that I have read and can see they used TAR-21 and a CTAR-21
But I cant find a airsoft version of it,

One of my friends recomended a Steyr and take off the scop rail and shorten the barrol

As you guys know more than me about airsoft and guny any help would be most greatfull

That gun is a Micro-Galil (Galil MAR). An airsoft kit has been released, but at $1000 it's very pricey.

You'll find it there. It's a handy resource for airsoft parts and accessories.

I cant beleave there charging that for the kit and thats with out the AK.
Then again I do have a G&P PR

I've notived that it used the curved mag from the AK,
I wounder if I can get a strait one,
also the screen cap looks like it has a front grip on it

the gun in the pic has a front drop down hand grip same as an mp7. the stock is identical to a mp7 stock. it could b an mp7 but with attachments. heres a pic of the mp7 with no attachments. oh the laser dot site on the top can b taken off and replaced with a scope.

The gun in the picture IS the same one pictured above (not the MP7 or any kind of MP5). If you look under his arm, next to his body you can see a curved magazine hanging down.

I may have found the answer, (He sez)

http://www.gunaccessories.com/AK47/index.asp

Folding stock $80
Hand guard $50
Front grip $20 - $45 (depending on the correct one)

Need to find the rite mounts for the touch laser and scope

Has the barol shortend as well?

Don't, for the love of god, buy those parts. They don't fit to Airsoft weapons as space for trunions is occupied by the gearbox. Plus, Galils are NOT AKs. They are entirely different, from the ground up.

Better to go Steyr and hope that a Tavor kit comes out soon than waste money destroying an AK to try to make a cheap Galil MAR. Trust me. I've tried. c_c;
