Is there a difference between these airsoft pulse rifles? If not, what are the differences between them?

Nope. All the same.
Evike is just the website. They sell the "matrix". If you take the Matrix apart, it says snow wolf inside the shroud (or my first one did anyways).

I believe the 'Matrix' tag line is just for north america and it is 'snow wolf' (often with blue shrouds) internationally.

Matrix is a rebranding of Snow Wolf. It's a CYMA Thompson with a copy of the G&P Pulse Rifle kit installed.
