From reading past entries in this section, I have gathered the Maruzen and Tanaka 870s are the past airsoft shotguns of choice. I also see there is a new "shell ejecting" 870 from APS that may be the best yet.
However all of the above models cost as much as the real deal, if you can even find them! (at least here in the states).
Anyone ever play around with the A&K M870 or G&P M870s? They are 'cheaper' and Non-shell ejecting models. But they also both appear to be all metal construction, which is promising. Aside from the fact the ejection port wouldn't have any 'action' to it, is there any other reason why they might not work in a GL build? Mostly curious as to how they function when broken down and making sure they actually fit inside a SPAS cage.
Any input/experience is appreciated.
