The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Saw this listed on eBay. The seller is claiming its a G&P kit, but is using 2 differant PR kit pictures. One I believe contains the SPAS Cage, 2nd TRIGGER and Rounded rear end.

cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3656078194&category=31684

I'm I right about this? I don't want this guy screwing anyone over.

That's no G&P M41A he has. Definitely a fraud.

Below is an email conversation I had with this seller thus far..

TiGeRs:

Dear Seller. You are showing two completely different Pulse Rifle pictures. One is a G&P Kit build up and the other shows a Kit using the SPAS cage. Please confirm which image(s) are of the correct item your selling here.

Sellers Response:

I have never seen nor heard of the M41A based off of the SPAS. I have been dealing in airsoft for several years and have never seen anything of the sort. To answer your question directly, this is the G&P Kit over the
M1A1 as the ad states. Thank you.

End of response..............

I've since sent him a modified picture he posted of the non-G&P PR. I've pointed out the rounded rear, SPAS cage and double trigger. He has not responded back to this email yet.

So at this point I'm not sure if he is pulling a fast one or just does not give a damn..

The second two pictures are a G&P PR kit, however these pictures are available from most websites selling the kit.

It's the first picture that is confusing. Not too sure where he got it from but it looks like a Phil Steinschneider job.

It doesn't necessarily mean the seller is committing a fraud, it may be that they do not have access to a digital camera and grabbed a few pictures off the web that they felt were close enough.

The only way to be sure is to email the seller and ask for detailed pics (and not just another bunch of advertisement pictures from airsoft websites).

How could he not have heard of a M41A based off of a SPAS-12? That's what a big portion of the gun is, a SPAS-12!! Yargh, ignorant sellers.

Ignorant indeed! Love the way he says "Please email me with any questions." Guess he meant only people ready to buy it now.

Not the friendliest guy eh? Makes me want to throw him an email myself.

Still not sure what that first picture is. Gem Reproductions V6?

Nope... more like an SD. GEM didn't use the square block on the lower rear of the receiver which covers the M1A1's wood stock attachment. That part can clearly be seen in the first pic. Other than that the GEM and SD rifles are more or less identical in appearance.

Hi there.
I've been looking for an Airsoft pulse rifle for some time now - you're the first person I've come across that's selling one!
I have a few questions, before I bid:

What exactly does the add-on kit for the Thompson SMG entail? Is it just the green bit, or does the front cage bit come with it too?
I've been told a few times that the front cage bit is from a Spaz Twelve shotgun or something, and that there's a Remington inside there? Is this the case?
It LOOKS like there's a shotgun in your gun, but I can;t be sure. If so, does it work?

Do you have any more close-up pictures of your gin also please, especially of the bits you say are missing so I can try to find replacement screws now so I can use it straight away when it arrives!

Thanks...

I emailed him last night.

Here's what I asked:
"Hello. Which M41A conversion kit is this? Also of the three pictures you have, the first picture is not the same gun as the last two. Is this a picture of the actual rifle? (It has a second trigger under the SPAS cage which is not found on any M41A kits.) Do you have any more pictures? (preferably of someone holding the rifle- not stock advertisement pictures). Thank youâ€

Maybe so Sarge... He never responded to my last email and I have yet to see him correctly list that its a G&P kit.

He clearly knows what he has now. I wounder why he does not change the image or at least the contents of his description at this point.

Maybe he is a little dishonest...
