okay.. I was just futzing about with paintshop pro & a pic of an FN-P90, and I came up with this idea... Given how small they are originally, think it could work for perhaps a tunnel rat (maybe not.. is a bit long..) or something else?

heh, that's where I got everything but the launcher from.. I was thinking maybe shorten the "new" barrel, lose the flip-down handle & Magazine conversion, and add on the "shorty" M-203..

I got a feeling (I ain't sure) that the launcher in your nice graphic is roughly 20% or so smaller than the real M203 dimensions. You can check it out again ... But yeah, I think
one might be able to shoe horn one under. Worst comes to worst one can use the one that Tiger bought for his SEAL 552.

better yet since its a futuristic design anyway why not outfit it to fire the 20mm OICW round. It's only slightly larger than a 12 gauge in diameter. A nice single shot set up like the m203 tube would fit just fine.

Matt: Indeed. besides, who says that things have to be made one size? after all, there's weapons out there that can be switched through (at least) three different calibers with a little time and the right tools.. right? Who's to say that someone won't redesign the gear to be smaller/bigger to fit whatever it needs to do?

I think I'm gonna write Redwolf & see if they think they can do something like that.. or hell, maybe this:

Man I love that Nitro front end for the P90. I always loved that gun, but I wish Marui had actually made a high cap mag that worked for it, rather than the M-16 mag hack they added later in the game.

If I had the cash I'd be all about getting another one.
